Meet Karen Rosenberger

Karen is a dedicated professional driven by her passion for entrepreneurship, real estate, and helping others achieve their dreams. 

Before launching her real estate career, Karen spent over five years as the owner and operator of two Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas in Virginia—a true family-run business where her husband and son played key roles. After selling the spas, Karen relocated to Las Cruces, New Mexico, where she joined a local entrepreneur, stepping into the role of CFO. 

When Karen moved to Huntsville, she embraced her lifelong passion for real estate—a natural transition after personally buying and selling 12 properties. Her real estate experience spans overseeing a full-scale renovation to designing a custom-built 7,000-square-foot home. Today, Karen draws on her hands-on expertise and keen attention to detail to guide clients in finding their perfect home. 

Outside of work, Karen has been happily married for 34 years and is a proud mom to her 31-year-old son, a former University of Virginia baseball player. She shares with her family a love of college sports, outdoor adventures, and spending time with their four dogs—three golden retrievers and one Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Whether she’s hiking local trails, crocheting, reading, or traveling the world (she’s visited 19 countries so far), Karen brings her signature energy, dedication, and adventurous spirit to everything she does.
