Welcome to Jones Valley
One of Huntsville’s most sought-after areas
Located in South Huntsville, Jones Valley has become one of the most sought-after places to live in Huntsville. This beautiful area is filled with charming neighborhoods, excellent school districts, picturesque rolling green hills, and a diverse array of chef-driven restaurants and shopping. Residents here also enjoy being conveniently located downtown and close to Hampton Cove via Cecil Ashburn and South Huntsville.
The Jones Valley area grew out of the famous Jones Farm. The Jones family recognized the value in planting grass on 2,500 acres of previous cotton fields to be used as grazing land for cattle. Since then, much of the area has been transformed into residential and retail space. However, Jones Farm is still in business today and remains one of the largest working urban farms in the U.S.
From starter homes to high-end estate lots, Jones Valley has it all. Regardless of what your architectural styles are, there is sure to be something for you in this community.
