Trying to buy a house for the first time was overwhelming. I had no idea what I was doing and already hated the process after trying to do it on my own for a couple of months. Nicole sold two houses for us in about two months. We decided that we were going to move out of town and had to sell our house that we lived in plus our rental house. We interviewed a few different agents and Nicole presented us a plan that we liked. We put our rental house up for sale following the plan and it sold in 5 days. There were a couple of complications during the closing but Nicole worked with us to ensure that the closing was going to happen even though it was delayed a few days.
