Meet Lynne Woodson

Rooted in the heart of Alabama, Lynne’s real estate journey began in Birmingham, where she launched her career in Property Management. Her genuine passion for helping others soon led her to Residential Sales in 2007, serving clients in Clarksville, Tennessee, and later along Florida’s picturesque Panhandle.   

While Lynne enjoys working with both buyers and sellers, she holds a special place in her heart for buyers. Her time in Clarksville, working closely with the military community, gave her a deep appreciation for the unique challenges and transitions military families face - insight that continues to shape her approach today. 

“I love learning about people and helping them find the right home to meet their particular needs.” 

Today, Lynne and her husband of 34 years, Woody, have settled in North Alabama, where they’re close to family and just a short drive from their beloved “military family” in Tennessee and a quick trip to the Panhandle to stay connected with their “civilian family”. Their spirited fur baby, Beau, keeps life joyful and full of energy. When she’s not guiding clients through the real estate process, you’ll likely find Lynne on the tennis courts.
