Meet Michelle McNeal

Born and raised in Hawaii, I developed a deep appreciation early on for what it truly means to call a place “home.” As the wife of a retired Air Force veteran, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges and emotions of relocating—both across the country and across the world. For the past 11 years, the South has been where my family has built lasting roots, and our final move brought us to Madison, Alabama, a place we are proud to call home. These personal experiences give me a unique understanding of the excitement and stress my clients feel when transitioning into a new chapter of life. 

With a background as a first responder and in the customer service industry, I’ve learned the value of clear communication, patience, and a genuine heart for helping others. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership has further strengthened my ability to guide people through important decisions with professionalism and compassion. Today, I bring those same skills to real estate, helping clients navigate the process with confidence and ease, whether they’re buying their very first home or preparing to sell and move forward. 

Specializing in assisting military members and their families, I combine both personal experience and professional expertise to provide a unique perspective. I understand the sacrifices and transitions that come with military life and am passionate about making every relocation as seamless and rewarding as possible. My goal is always to deliver a luxury-level experience built on trust, care, and the belief that home is not just a place—it’s where life’s most meaningful moments unfold. 

Outside of real estate, I enjoy hiking, traveling, cooking, decorating, and staying active. My greatest joy, however, comes from spending time with my family, who inspire me daily and remind me why creating a sense of “home” matters so deeply. 

For me, real estate is more than a profession—it’s a calling to serve others, build lasting relationships, and help people find not just a house, but a place where they can truly thrive.
