Meet Stephen Cohen

Stephen Cohen brings a wealth of experience and a servant’s heart to every client relationship. Before transitioning to real estate, he spent more than three decades in the capital markets as a fiduciary advisor, investment portfolio manager, and asset manager for leading institutional firms worldwide—experience that honed his skills in market analysis, negotiation, and client care. 

Now serving buyers and sellers across the greater Huntsville metro and North Alabama, Stephen specializes in equestrian, farm, and lakefront properties, drawing on his in-depth market knowledge to guide clients through every stage of the process. A two-time Ninja Selling graduate with ABR and SRS designations, he is also pursuing his associate broker license and Tennessee real estate license. 

Stephen is deeply committed to his community, having served on the board of the Cramer Children’s Advocacy Center and volunteered with numerous local and international charitable initiatives. Clients appreciate his proactive communication, problem-solving mindset, and unwavering dedication to achieving their goals. 

When he’s not working with clients, Stephen enjoys traveling, riding motorcycles, fly fishing, and spending time with his wife, Tonya, their three children, and their beloved dogs.
